How do I order coffee from you?
From the shop, simply select the number of pounds you would like to order, frequency of the subscription and select 'Add to Cart'.
On the next page, enter your bill to, ship to and payment information. That's it!
Recurring orders are easy! In the Shop section just select the frequency and we will send your order as often as you'd like and we'll bill you when the order ships.
For example: If you set the frequency to one bag of coffee every 2 weeks your credit card will be charged for that one bag of coffee every 2 weeks.
When do you ship the coffee?
We send orders to our roasters on Sunday of each week. All orders placed between 00:00 on Sunday and 11:59 on Saturday will be sent to our roasters the following Sunday. Our roasters usually take a day or two to roast the coffee. Once it is roasted, it will usually ship out the same day.
When is your coffee roasted?
Coffee is usually roasted on a Monday or Tuesday. It is shipped to club members on either the day it's roasted or the day after.
How frequently can I have coffee delivered?
We offer intervals of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. You can also order one at a time if you'd like.
When do I pay for the coffee when I subscribe to the club?
You are charged when the order is placed. In the case of recurring orders, you will be charged on whatever interval you chose during the check out process. An example would be the customer who places an order on January 1st and selects a 14 day interval. This customer would be charged for the initial shipment when the order is placed. The subsequent orders are charged when the product ships every 14 days after the initial order.
Do you sell to coffee shops who want to offer a direct trade program?
Absolutely! Just send an email and we will get it set up for you.
Can I order coffee from just one of your roasters?
Our mission is to promote direct trade and the roasters that use this model to buy coffee. We do not currently offer a subscription to one roaster only. Most customers want to try a variety of different roasters who support direct trade.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Absolutely. One of the missions of the club is to promote direct trade. One of the ways we can do this is to offer an affiliate program. It is easy to sign up for the program, just go to the become an affiliate page for instructions. Once you become approved, we will send you your links and logos to put on your web site or blog!
