The folks at Madcap pride themselves on being intentionally involved in every part of the process in creating a great coffee experience.
MadCap describes themselves as an amalgamation of people, places and experiences. They spend a great deal of effort building relationships with farmers and sourcing the best coffees they can find. They spend time roast profiling the coffees to highlight the natural flavors of the coffee.
Madcap is proud of the relationships they have developed with farmers. They purchase as much of their coffee directly from the farmer as possible. Furthermore, if they have not traveled directly to the farm they make sure that all of our coffee is traceable to the farm and location.
At Madcap, they are committed at every level to produce the highest quality product. From continually developing new farmer relationships, new coffees, and presenting our drinks they feel they have an obligation to the farmer and the consumer to consistently roast, brew, and extract the amazing nuances within each bean.
